TheDepartment of Computer Science is one of the oldest Department constituentsunits of the Faculty of Computer Sciences. It was established in the year 2007with the objective of producing IT professionals of international standard andto primary fulfil requirements of booming IT industry and develop researchers.The Department offers DIPLOMA, UG, PG, and Research Programmes. The departmentis committed to provide quality higher education on the field of ComputerScience & Engineering with the understanding, knowledge and practicalcompetence to participate in a long revolution. The knowledge will enable youto understand and foresee the great changes and challenges that ComputerScience presents to the world, now and in the future. Besides teaching there isalso doubt removal session. The department has specialized laboratories such asNetworking Lab, Advance Programing Lab, Data Base &Unix Lab and ProjectLab. The department provides opportunities for carrying project by studentsunder joint supervision of the faculty and experts from industry.
